    HR Derby

any of you guys interested in getting together some time and playin some? I know me and all my friends from the LB get together and go to the HS in Pound and just start launching them out, I have 2 buckets of baseballs and all that jazz. But since its summer, I know all my buddies will get together and play, just tossing it out if someone may be interested.

I might be a go for that sometime. I would love to do it, but scheduling might be my worst part.

I know what you mean about the poundage. I am about 35+ of HS graduation right now. What I wouldn't love to be 200 or less.

Do you think I could step on illustrious Shupe field for HR derby? JK Will you probably do this at Pound or where? I don't know if I can go yard anymore or not. Too much softball creating warning track popups.

We do it there usually or anywhere anyone will let us lol.

That 335ft centerfield/power alley at PHS makes it more fun lol

    Re: HR Derby

Come on down to RC and we can go to the old field. 300 centerfield baby! Unfortunately, much like Pound its longer everywhere else. 390 to left, and 335 to right.

We have wooden bat rounds, teams and all sorta of stuff because we are a bunch of chodes. We have even had a grill one day and grilled out and made a day of it, its fun.

I have gotten much much stronger since I was in HS, I got up to 205 and now am around 185-190

    Re: HR Derby

I do wish they would get the new field finished. I would like to go see it, and see how far exactly they decided to go with the fence. I heard they were keeping it a little shorter than I would like. 320 to the corners and 380 to center is what I would hope they have done at least.
